Today's larger aircraft

Some larger aircraft from today are a Boeing 737-800, ZK-ZQD and registered to Jetconnect [Qantas]. This aircraft is a very new arrival [February 2011] to the Jetconnect fleet and has been named "Sir Edmund Hillary".

The next are a few pictures of Air New Zealand's latest Airbus A320, ZK-OAB.

Enjoy!

I understand ZK-OAB has been withdrawn from service after some stairs being positioned near the rear of the aircraft ended up making a hole in the fuselage today in Auckland.

Ouch... if true that would be very embarrassing for someone!

Nice photos. Watched the videos on the A380 project. I am amazed at the size of that thing.

First time I saw one I had to remove my aviator sunglasses and take another look!

Huge!
