New year visitors

Finally the weather settled down today, long enough for a few flights at the aero club today [although, unfortunately not for me].

Just a couple of visitors noted, the first being a Cessna 510 Citation Mustang, ZK-PGA, registered to Pacific Jets of Christchurch. The second was a Piper PA38-112 Tomahawk, ZK-EVC, registered to Marlborough Aero Club.

Nice to see a photo of my Tomahawk.

I'm the owner and pilot :) taking it off to Napier today. Had it rented out to the guys in Marlborough while I was enjoying the winter in Ireland. Mind you looking at the weather I must have taken the weather with me!!

Cheers

Hi David,

Thanks for leaving a comment! I have flown a lot of hours in Tomahawks - for my PPL [up at Ardmore Flying School] and at Auckland & Wellington aero clubs afterwards.

As for the weather - feel free to send it back to Ireland! I think we would all like a summer :-)

Cheers,

Rodney
