Dual night flight

There were no plans for the flight today, but with the unexpected fantastic weather a bunch of us went up for some night training! For me, this was in the Club's Cessna 172N, ZK-FLT.

I had a dual night flight a few years ago, but this was this was the first full on training flight with a couple of circuits, vacating the control zone for some turns, then back to land - about 48 minutes of fun and some serious concentration.

Awesome... now for some decent weather and I might actually finish off my long-promised night rating this year :-)
