Airliners at Toronto

Following on from my last Canadian aviation-themed post, here are a few photos from my brief layover at Toronto Pearson International Airport [CYYZ].

Toronto appeared somewhat busier than Ottawa, which was good for seeing a few different aircraft and liveries, although I was disappointed to miss photographing what appeared to be a B727!

Anyway, here we go. Let's start with a Mad Dog from Delta Air Lines. N953DL is a McDonnell Douglas MD88 and is likely one of the oldest aircraft I managed to photograph on this trip [aside from the museum aircraft of course!].

McDonnell Douglas MD88, N953DL, operated by Delta Air Lines

Boeing B737-8CT, C-GAWS, operated by Westjet

Boeing B737-808, C-FTDW, operated by Sunwing

Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner, C-FNOE, operated by Air Canada

Embraer ERJ-190AR, C-FMZU, operated by Air Canada

Embraer ERJ175LR, C-FRQK, operated by Air Canada Express

Enjoy! There will be a few more pictures from Toronto coming shortly.

  1. I did a lot of flying in the USA in the early 1990s and didn't like the MD-80 series then. Amazing that they're still going.
