Two "new" aircraft

Two more aircraft to photograph today. The first is a Gulfstream American GA-7 Cougar, ZK-CGR, which is newly resident in Wellington [previously the North Shore Aero Club]. I have photographed this aircraft a couple of times, but now I hope to get some decent photos when it is flying out and about.

The second is the newest addition to the Sounds Air fleet, a Cessna C208B Grand Caravan, ZK-SAY. This aircraft was previously registered ZK-MJL with Salt Air but was sold to Sounds Air earlier this year.

After the wrap up, one more post :-)

I've been back home for a few days and having had a look through the rest of the almost 400 photos, I've found a few more I wanted to publish of various "random" aircraft that were hanging around over the week. So, here goes. Top to bottom are:

Canterbury Aero Club 3 ship formation team practice
Cessna 208B, ZK-MJL, registered to Salt Air Ltd
Eurocopter EC130 B4, ZK-IFC, registered to North Shore Helicopters Ltd
NZ Aerospace CT4/B, ZK-JMV, registered to a Mount Maunganui address
Cessna 162, ZK-AAC, registered to Auckland Aero Club
Robinson R22 Beta, ZK-ISC, registered to a Birkenhead address

Enjoy!

Flying NZ National championships: Salt Air

North Shore has a couple of scheduled operators coming and going most days. The first of these is Salt Air. Salt Air is based in the Bay of Islands area and provides [almost] daily flights to and from North Shore AD. Their fixed wing fleet [they have a couple of helicopters also] consists of Cessna 208B, ZK-MJL and Gippsland GA8, ZK-MAB.
