An Australian Registered PA28-181 at Wellington
This picture is of an Australian registered [note the "VH" start to the registration?] Piper PA28-181. This aircraft was ferried across the Tasman recently, and is awaiting the appropriate checks so that it can be transferred to the New Zealand register. I understand that the plan is to have this put on line at Wellington Aero Club [yippee!].

Hi Chris,
Not sure about the suggested rego, but yeah, it looks nice enough. I have not had a good look inside yet, but apparantly it has GPS, and hopefully an IFR kitout also [I only fly VFR, but ADF/DME/VOR are always good to play with].
Wow you can see how big the windows are compared with the Archer 3 below. I wonder why they made that decision to make them smaller?
