Actually, looks like plenty of runway. If you look closely [and perhaps it helps I have seen a couple of other phoos :-)], the nose gear is off around W2 and he appears to get airborne around W1 [take a look at the Wellington AD chart].
Basically, this lightly loaded A340 took off in a little more than a "normal" B737. Ignore the comments on the sound, they were not aviation people :-)
Having said all that, it is a bit hard to see on the video, an the angle definately does not help :-)
