RNZAF 75th Airshow: Lockheed Orion P3K

There were a number of aircraft open for viewing at the airshow. One I was keen to see inside was a Lockheed P3K Orion aircraft. This particular aircraft, NZ4201, is the first of the upgraded aircraft, with new mission hardware/ software and a full glass cockpit upgrade. Unfortunately, photographs of the inside were strictly forbidden, so external shots are all I have.

There was a display put on by another Orion [NZ4202]. Watching these airliner sized aircraft being put through a low level display is always good to see!
