I arrived at the airport today just in time to see the Jetstar-branded DHC-8-315, VH-TQM, taxying from the Execujet hanger across to the main apron. The aircraft spent the rest of the day parked in the vicinity of gate 21.
Pity the background to the shots are not great, although the livery itself looks quite good!

I bet they're moving it into place ready for the new regional routes to be announced tomorrow. So it looks Wellington will get a route or two.
My picks are:
AKL - NPL, NPE, PMR, NSN
WLG - NSN, maybe extra services to CHC and DUD
CHC - DUD, NSN or PMR
I'd like to also see ZQN - WLG and CHC
I have also heard that they'll be announcing routes tomorrow. As for what the actually routes are, we'll wait to see tomorrow.
Speaking about one rumour though - I also have heard of WLG-NSN. That would make it perhaps the most serviced non-mainline route in the country, would it not? There would be Air NZ, Sounds Air, Origin NZ, Jetstar on the route. That would likely squeeze Origina NZ the most, followed by Sounds Air... since they would have a greater proportion of their flights on those routes... we shall see.
